At the request of customers, for long-term corrosion protection of metal structures, we have the opportunity to carry out a number of additional surface preparation works after welding before painting. This may be work on the protection of coated metal structures made by hot-dip galvanizing (galvanized steel), followed by the use of aqueous solutions of an alkaline detergent, which is applied with a high-pressure detergent KARCHER, sandblasting of ferrous metals.
The paint shop has excellent professional equipment for coating with paints and varnishes of various paint systems at the request of the customer. This is a high-pressure paint machine for working by airless spraying of paints and varnishes and professional spray guns for working by air spraying of paints and varnishes.
All finished products after coloring are delivered to the packaging workshop, where all parts of the metal structure will be packed and marked for ease of loading and unloading and quick installation at the construction site.
